You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share publicly, or use these materials in any commercial, clinical, or group setting without prior written permission from Camo Sisters. Unauthorized use is a violation of copyright law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Camo Sisters shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms arising out of causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, fires, floods, pandemics, power failures, or internet or telecommunications failures.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product descriptions or disclosures presented at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Camo Sisters with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, both parties waive any right to a jury trial in any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of this site or products.

By using this Site or purchasing any product, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camo Sisters, its owner, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or any product purchased; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

Camo Sisters may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including to any affiliate, successor, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Camo Sisters. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is null and void.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND CAMO SISTERS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial. You also agree that you may not bring or participate in any class action lawsuit against Camo Sisters.

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

In any dispute arising from these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

Failure by Camo Sisters to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.

If you believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, you must provide written notice to Camo Sisters at team@camo-sisters.madethis.app describing the breach in reasonable detail. Camo Sisters will have 30 days to cure any curable breach after receiving notice.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Camo Sisters reserves the right to terminate your access to any purchased products or services if you use them in violation of these Terms, attempt to redistribute or resell digital products, or engage in any conduct harmful to Camo Sisters or its customers. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

Any notices required or permitted under these Terms must be provided in writing. Notices to Camo Sisters should be sent to team@camo-sisters.madethis.app. Notices to customers will be sent to the email address provided at purchase. Notices are effective upon receipt.

The headings and section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. These Terms shall be interpreted without strict construction for or against either party. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our products or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Maryland. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You retain the right to seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction.

Indemnification for Third-Party Content. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camo Sisters and its owner, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) any content or materials you submit, post, or transmit through the Site; (b) your use of any third-party content or materials in connection with the Site; or (c) your violation of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Export Compliance. Our products and services are subject to United States export control laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo; (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (c) you will not use our products or services for any purpose prohibited by U.S. export laws, including nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

User Generated Content. The Site does not currently enable user-generated content such as comments, reviews, or public forum posts. If such features are enabled in the future, separate terms governing user-generated content will be posted at that time. Any content you submit directly to us (e.g., via email or contact forms) may be used by Camo Sisters to improve our products and services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
